Mo Sahara ("Mo Sahara", "we", "us", or "our") is a service-directory and community application that helps users discover and access local services, businesses, rentals, transportation, government-related information, and other service providers. Mo Sahara uses Supabase and related cloud infrastructure for services such as authentication, database operations, and file storage. Information submitted through the application may be processed and stored using these services. We configure access controls and security measures appropriate to the application, but no internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.
Images and documents that you upload may be stored in our cloud storage infrastructure. Where identity verification is required, identification documents may be processed for verification purposes. You should upload only documents and images that are necessary for the relevant feature.
If notifications are enabled, Mo Sahara may process a device/app notification token and related notification information to deliver service notifications, alerts, announcements, or other messages. You can manage notification permissions through Android settings.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures may include authenticated access, access controls, encrypted connections, and restricted server-side credentials. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the application's services, maintain security, meet legal or regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain legitimate business records. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the purpose for which it was collected.
Users may request deletion of their Mo Sahara account and associated personal information through the account-deletion facility provided in the application or through the external account-deletion method made available by Mo Sahara.
When a valid deletion request is processed, we will delete or anonymize associated personal data within a reasonable period, subject to information that we are legally required or legitimately permitted to retain. Certain public listings or information may also need to be removed or disassociated as part of account deletion.
Mo Sahara is not intended to collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us without appropriate authorization, please contact us so that we can review and take appropriate action.
